We believe that the Trail-Gator and other products are fantastic. We want you to tell your friends how great the towbar is, so please call us if you are unhappy in any way with your purchase. After several years experience in using and selling the Trail-gator, we now consider ourselves to be experts at answering most towbar-related questions, so we usually have an answer or a way to help you if you have any problems or queries. And we pride ourselves on our excellent service.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a FULL REFUND. Please call us within 30 days of sale and we will arrange this for you.
Shipping Policy
For orders of $140 and over, postage and packaging is FREE. For all other orders in Australia p&p will be charged at $5. We post by Australia Post and aim to dispatch same or next day.
For urgent deliveries we can usually arrange express post (guaranteed next day delivery) which will be charged at cost. Please call us 03 95890905 for Australia Post rates.
